Is this the Cyber Week of summer??
... plus a new book, what I bought from Prime Day and more!
Happy Saturday!! This week has been so busy. It started with 4th of July sales, straight into Prime Day, then Walmart Deals (still happening through Sunday!) and now the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale? Is this the Cyber Week of summer?!
I honestly completely forgot about the Nordstrom Sale until a few days ago, which is good timing because it’s now open to the public TODAY!
Obviously, I’ve got baby stuff on the brain and there are some REALLY GOOD baby items on sale including our trusty Babybjorn bouncer that I honestly don’t know how we would function without. It’s so easy to bring it from room to room and Charlie loves it.
Also, our stroller isn’t on sale but the Nuna TRVL is!!! We don’t have any flights planned with him right now but I’m tempted to snag it because it’s NEVER on sale. You should have seen Adam’s face when we played with it in store. If you thought ours was easily collapsible, this one is even easier. There’s also a Nuna carseat marked down too!
On a different note, there are also some really cute clothes and shoes (some we can wear now instead of waiting for fall!), as well as some great home finds.
And I admittedly haven’t had time to dig through the Walmart Deals yet, but if you’ve been wanting a Ninja Creami or a Baby Brezza, now is your time!
What I’m Reading: I just started Problematic Summer Romance after overthinking what book to start next. Why did I land on this one? Well, it’s a silly romance that takes place on vacation in SICILY. Yes, please.
What I Bought: I tried to only recommend things that I own and love during Prime Day, which inspired me to approach shopping it in a practical way too! I’m really excited about these bear cups to help Charlie learn how to drink with a straw, this beach tent for an upcoming trip to Lake Geneva, and these shortalls so I can have a mommy & me matching moment with my boy đŸ¥°
What’s In My Cart: There is a lot of Varley on sale at Nordstrom so I think I might treat myself to one of their pullovers! It’s usually so expensive and they rarely have sales, but the quality is so good. I got a sweat set this winter and I wore it every week, multiple times a week. SO GOOD.
What I Can’t Get Enough Of: I bought myself these HOKAs a few weeks ago and I am in loooove with them. Everyone who raved about their comfort was absolutely correct!
I’ve also mentioned their pajamas before, but I am now also obsessed with Nuuds t-shirts. The fabric is so soft and they don’t wrinkle!! Wrinkly t-shirts drive me crazy but I also have no interest in steaming them ever, so now I want these in every color!
What I’m Watching: This season of Love Island USA has been a mess, but there’s no way we aren’t going to see it through to the finale tomorrow night! I’m hoping that Amaya and Bryan or Iris and Pepe win! (But yes, I tend to do this a lot while watching, too đŸ˜œ)
